That's not made/possible.

There are Revive Self codes out there, but your score get reset and you get sent to the respawn point.

With that code, a simple DMA joker would need to be done to square. It will not reset your stats. The "Respawn []" message that pops up wont pop up though. You'd need to find that FNC and link it to the death FNC. I'm sure being in a FFA would help you locate and figure out how the stack should be wrote. This wouldn't be that hard of a task at all.
