Are you setting your cheat hz to like 15\1000 or something like that? That is unusual for it to noy allow you to kill.

This stuff happens to me too, with pretty much all my codes...when i turn my codes off, it sets that line to 08804600 and then for some codes, it will make you not be able to do stuff.
