I have the SAME Issue!
My selective kill/ suicide works, but the names never show up. I have to randomly cycle through people, killing them all, until I find my victim lol. In videos, I see names on the top left of the menu, but they do not appear for me. I have a 100 sumthin' CSO and nitepr and 5.50Gen-D2
Please PM me the fix if there is any!
