Why Is There A Chinese Sign In Front Of Null Do Not Edit 﨨? And When You Click Triangle On BRK_CURRENT_ANIM, Make Sure It Says 0x804F10 0x0000000

I'm not sure why it's there, it was there when I got it. So, how do I make it work? When I enable it, it displays NULL [DO NOT EDIT] or something. Am I missing something? Can you give me a COMPLETE tutorial with every single details? I feel noobish...
