In theory you can't be banned from it, as they would have to scan the threads, and since the threads names are randomized binary, and the area the module gets stuck in is random, and they can't touch kernel area, and they can't read my module, good luck being banned just for using it. The only way you'd get banned is from using a code, which essentially you deserve.
