Here is the reason.
The ban code uses the same packets that socom recieves when it detects you cheating. Hence, giving you error 35. Now there is an "Anti" for this ban. Simply corrupt your PSID when you get the error. You gotta be quick though.

You know what would happen to it if you got it? It would be released. The whole point of keeping it private is so that it stays private.
