This is how i got it to work...
1). Highlight activation blue
2). Highlight function copier white
3). Highlight your codes white
4). Turn nitePR on
5). Turn nitePR off.

This works for awhile untill you freeze, everytime you freeze turn nitePR on then off again.
setting cheat Hz to 15/1000 just freezes you right away. Anyway its more of a game freeze
not psp freeze. I just mucked around and thats how i got them to work...
