The restrain animation never worked for me when I tried it before my psp broke.

As said before, it's just the 100+ animation code used to look like a restraint. nothing special...
Ehhh, wrong. The 100+ animation code was DMA. Plus this never worked, i think daffy just pulled a l33t power.
