Faster Loading

This code works (tested by myself).

I didn't fail at routine, it's you who failled.

From 0x004BFFB0 to 0x004BFFC4, the commands are nop, and they haven't any referer (ps2dis's analyser powa) so I can use these lines to make a routine nub.

just turn ur game speed to 333 and when home 2wice flashes ur game speeds up daa
try it dont push the ok button when u start socom until after u pushed home twice fer ur nitepr

My PSP is already configured like that.

GAME SPEED : 333/333
XMB : 333/333
UMD ISO MODE : Sony NP (faster than the others).

With Faster Loading code, you win 2 - 3 secondes at the game loading.
