That code removes the HUD and the sight (I didn't find the code to remove the sight).
It is very useful to make a "SOCOM movie".

Does it ban ?
It may ban you, I didn't test because I ported it from PAL to NTSC.

Is there any bad side effect ?
You cannot see the menus in game while it's turned on: start menu, select menu and circle menu.
When a round is finished, the select menu which is normally displayed automatically won't be displayed and you will be able to run/move.
