what is the maximum number of characters allowed, and are the codes for color the same as ftb2??? im converting my tag generator from ftb2 to ftb3 and i dont play so i need some specific details (Bl4Ck, i'll give you credit on startup of the program if you can give me some info). I need to know about color codes, i know euros already, and i need to know if you can use the buttons and all that (so i can remove them if they dont work) please let me know ASAP. thanks in advance.

Max is 3 letters, their are a brunch of colors u can add different from ftb2 but it only colors name not tag, can't giv u hexs for color cuase I don't mess with color

so there is no way to create a tag greater than 3 letters? i know how to do the color now, but with the color, even then, you're tag can only be three letters? this is very important, im about to release a tag generator, and need to get this right, i have the whole thing coded already, the tag length is the only thing i need to get right

ok,i apologize for my nubbish questions, but i dont play it, thats why i need to know. Does the color go after tag, because you said that the color will not change the color of the tag, just the person's name, so then, the characters first, the color second?

just to add, you can use basically any color in the rainbow, just have to convert from RGB to hex, i have 13 converted color codes, so ill use those, for now, make more later, just need to know where exactly to put the color code, thanks in advance

geez, so its either color, or characters, and thats it? there isnt anyway to use both? wow, even RR has color tags... hmmm. then basically, if you used a euro letter, you could only use one other letter, because a euro takes up two spaces, so that would leave room for only one other letter... is there any hope for figuring out a way to extend clan tags like in ftb2? like a way to extend the box where the tag is entered? or is it like Resistance Retribution where you enter the text in the PSP text editor thingy so there is no way to extend it?

Dam man, i've looked everywhere. thanks for all your help, just released the first version without the meme generator, has a name imposter that works on the 1.10 patch, so thats cool i guess, not gonna release again until i get the meme generator working well, with color and letters and everything... thanks again. its written in vb10 if you ever have any vb questions, ask em, i'll help if i can, been coding in vb for like 8 years
