What would you do if nuclear bombs went off in the Major Cities of the U.S

Also if 1 nuc went off the hole usa be gone maybe

USA wouldn't be close to nearly gone from 1 nuke. I'm talking about 25 Kiloton bombs, these are big bombs but there are bombs WAY bigger. These bombs will cause some devastation. Now one very well set 10 - 15 Megaton bomb would really cause havoc across the whole country.
