Ok, I download and I noticed that it is not exacly 100 percent... If I Am not sure it is Roman that does not have 100 percent of friend ship (releashion Ship) So to fix it you need to go to eat with Roman, only once
... Make sure you don't Kill him or any thing your way to the restaurant or back... Lol
