I did, just to make sure. I used the same email on the actual xbox account and the sign up on the site. CoDeX, you might want to go through the details again (of the sign up info), if you have not done so already, to make sure your information matches. Just to be sure that the site is recognizing that it is your gamertag/card and not someone elses.
