Looking for help on XMB Themes

Hi,

i have been looking around the web have started to see alot of themes which have animated waves. i looked into it and found a theme which i liked...Blue Vista girl:Which you can find by searching Blue Vista girl Theme into google images its on the second row on the left hand side.
But i found i could only find this Theme for 3.03 OE which i did not have a clue about what it was. I am running 3.90m33-3 and was wondering if any of you guys could send a link of this theme for 3.90m33-3 if it is avalible or maybe someone could make it.
After looking around some more i found that people where talking alot of cxmb which i dident know about so if anyone could explain that to be i would be appreciated.
