Resync your controller. I had this issue awhile back and after resynchronizing it, it fixed itself.

yeah Johnny's right, also the rechargeable packs can begen to fail after awhile, the cords on the charge kits can also create sync problems

Hey, thanks for the input guys. I found out the problem was the battery casing on the controller was broke so I just bought a new one.
