I wasn't implying that this was useless. I was just saying how Windows has gone a long way. Greatly needed for Windows XP though. You should have it so it changes wallpapers every second. I always wanted to have a flashy wallpaper and if it works with 7, then I'll use it then. =]

You can set it to change how ever often you want it to, 1 second to 10 hours
It only has a radio box for minutes and hours though.

Pretty sure if you dont select one it's seconds by default, been a while and I dont remember for sure but i think that's how I did it
