I believe that cracked thing is bs, I have access to this and I have not seen this listed anywhere on apples site as well as in the firmware itself

and johnny, it's beta software, and ultrasn0w is the unlocking software

edit: I have looked though all of apple's documentation for 3.1 beta, and NOWHERE does it say "* TOTAL elimination of cracked apps, new process that MUST verify AppStore Apps integrity before allowing them to run ***" or anything like that
