Funny VBS and CMD codes

I can't seem to work the VBS codes. I have microsoft visual basic 2008, but it gives me build errors.

Visual basic is one of the most basic IDE. (makes programs for you) There is also Pascal, C C+ C++ C# and lots of others. Johnny i know uses VB, i use VB and C#, And IVIUPPET uses Autoit, C#, And VB.
