You cant use cheat engine on runescape ... if so how so? change the look of the item at most make it look like 50M but its really 1gp

Sorry man but no. Runescape is not hackable. The only thing you can do is change the apperance, but not actually the value. Try hacking, do it, odds are you will be banned in a matter of minutes assuming you actually get that far.

actually when i dint have a psp i use cheat engine to hack on habbo but i get caught
and i have to pay 30 dolars but runescape its hard administrator 24 hr cheking the game they dont sleep so that why i buy a psp and start hacking couse hacking online games are a little dangerous
No, you cant....
For example if you have 1 gold and you changed it to 100 gold....the server still knows you have 1 gold. Try to buy somthing for 100 gold, it wont work.
