New iXtreme Firmware.

So i've been hearing people talk about a new iXtreme coming out soon, no ETA but it will be released. I was doing some research on this and found some forums with people discussing the matter and some people had pretty good points, i forget what EXACTLY was said but it went something like this:

"c4eva told everyone that the iXtreme 1.6 was undetectable by Microsoft and look what happened, we're all banned. c4eva said this new firmware is going to be completely undetectable by Microsoft and you will not get banned. But now this is him basically admitting to the previous firmware detectable. He lied to us before, is he doing it again?"

what that guy said really got me thinking, is it really worth buying a new Xbox all over again? my previous Xbox was banned for being modded and i just spent over 200 bucks on a brand new one. sure this new firmware may keep us safe for awhile but Microsoft is a multi-billion dollar company and they WILL find a way around this new upcoming iXtreme firmware and start up another ban wave and make people buy new consoles again... so before you think about modding your console again with the new firmware, consider the consequences.

shit, if i get banned again, im not buying another 360, im calling up Microsoft and telling them to go fuck them selves and im buying a PS3

Buy legit games. That's what I do, most of the time. I've only downloaded maybe 5 games since I got my xbox modded.

yeah but why buy a game for 65 bucks when i can save 60 bucks with modded games

I'm waiting a week to find out if MS bans again. For now I am sticking with legit gaming. I don't care to support the developers for while. Any good games that come out I end up buying.

If this firmware ends up getting me banned... I just going to go to PS3. Cause if I'm going to spend 70$ on a game, I'm going to make sure I get my moneys worth.
