Shouldn't have opened it. There is no physical warranty. I hate when people think that the warranty Best Buy gives out is the warranty. If you have RROD, your MICROSOFT warranty is extended to be 3 years long. If you wouldn't have opened it, you could have gotten a new xbox.

Wherever you bought it, sold you a warranty...correct? That's just stupid (what they do). Microsoft provides a free warranty (where you just ship it in). I meant you shouldn't have opened the Xbox (to fix it, if you didn't then good, just send it in)...

I didn't buy the warranty what I had was proof of warranty. I didn't open the Xbox just look at the time difference between my two posts two minutes. I wouldn't have time to fix it in two minutes.

Pop your faceplate off and look for a silver sticker. If it's still there, you're good to go..don't remove it though.

If you buy it LICENSED RETAIL, you get a warranty. This WARRANTY is in case your Xbox 360 goes to the shithouse, and has problems.
