Wow... I used the IP for youtube yesterday and they blocked it today... I think I'm gonna go into the SYSTEM user and change all the web filter/blocks... I'm just afraid they'll trace it back to me...

Use some one elses account. Social Engineering. Grab their agenda or what ever they keep their password in. Or if they go to the bathroom quickly press CTRL + ALT + HOME + DELETE and it will open a prompt for Task Manager, Shutdown, Pass Change all the good stuff. If they have that enabled though. Most schools do.

I never knew how to bypass a cmd.exe block....the rest i knew but that with out the little piece the rest was useless.

If you can navigate your way into C:\Windows\System32 the .exe is named Taskmgr.exe you should be able to run it from there.
