yes you can downgrade a 3.71 psp to 1.50 using the pandora battery but you have to have a custom firmware to make the pandora battery

Yes you can turn a reg. batt. into a pandora battery. I have the files with instructions on my PC to do it, but I don't know how to zip them and post it on here.
