1. What type of file is it?
2. What does it say you need to do when you click on it?
3. What is the file called?

it says it is a RAR file and it says open/save so i go to save then it says download complete so then i try to open it and wtf it dosnt do anything now but i can open the folder????

LMFAO O WOW dude I can't beleive your a hacker who doesn't have winrar. Find yourself a Version of winrar and you can open any RAR file. You'll need it.
