Actually it's not a lawsuit. A fan site for MW3 redirected to Battlefield's website. They did it because Activision filed a DMCA on the website for some content that was no where near owned by Activision. Now they are going after the domain name, which is what Activision is wanting in the first place, since they have a game with no website. Activision are full of lil bitches. They make a hell of a game though.
