-go to run > cmd.exe
than type net user [username] [new password]
u must be on an administrator account
-if u dont have an administrator account get a windows cd and repair it and all passwords will be removed
-and on some windows u can go on safemod ... keep pressing F8 when u turn on computer and passwords will be reseted
