Anyone who could read could see it. I had a prank function(Not malicious, just made a few files saying how gay the user is.) in there at one point and it was noticed almost immediately, without looking at the source. With that being said nobody with a brain would stick any backdoors in that source, especially with the amount of difficulty finding a legitimate constant hook in the source.
