Anti-Boot PRX 1.60

I've ported NOFX's Anti-Boot PRX to the new Socom FTB2 1.60 Patch.

Doesn't trigger anti-35, and works perfectly. Takes up a minuscule 56 kb of ram.

Smokin's antiboot was used for this.
