Workout Routines?

Anyone who works out on a regular basis should have a routine. What is yours? If this gets into a flame war about weight it'll be closed.


Heres mine:
Monday - Chest / Back
Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbbell Flyes
Incline Push Ups
Push Ups
Bent Over Rows
Seated Cable Rows
Shrugs
Crunches
Lower Back Raises

Tuesday - Cardio
Stairs
Jumping Jacks;4 count
Squat Thrusts

Wednesday - Legs
Weighted Squats
Lunges
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Weighted One Leg Calf Raises
Crunches
Sit Ups

Thursday - Cardio
Stairs
Jumping Jacks;4 count
Squat Thrusts

Friday - Shoulders / Arms
Bicep Curls
Overhead Extensions
Hammer Curls
Dips
Side Raises
Front Raises
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Shrugs
Crunches
Situps

The only equipment I have is an old bowflex so I mainly use body weight & dumbbells.
