I just did it again 10 times and I didn't get anything.

Never-mind. I had to wait until they were right next to each other.

How & where do I get the elite with the falling.

I can assassinate that Elite but I don't get the animation assassination.
Do it on The Package using the Pro-Pipe.

On the start of the lv of Pillar of Autumn if you jump off the ledge and air assassinate the elite you get the achievement If they came to hear me beg

I got the Achievement 3 minutes ago. I also found a glitch. When the checkpoint is loading you are immune to fall damage.
