Finger curls aren't necessary you don't have really muscles that can sustain that in your hands or wrist. Tendons mainly. They are pretty much pointless.

Depending on what your doing in baseball you need to increase your weight on curls. Do 6 reps of 20 pounds for 3 sets once you can do that do as many reps up to 6 with 25 pounds for 3 sets.

You should always do 75 - 100 bench instead of doing 50 when sports aren't in. Build up to 125 - 150 and just keep at that so your chest doesn't get too big for baseball.
